Regular Cleaning

We maintain your home in a deep cleaned condition, fully resetting it every cleaning. We take on small projects like: shampoo carpet in the family room, wash kitchen windows, organize cabinets in primary bathroom to ensure that everything is neat.

Carpet cleaning

We use pet-friendly cleaning solutions and finish each carpet cleaning with an enzyme deodorizer that helps break down bacteria and odors at the source—not just mask them. This keeps carpets smelling fresh and cleaner for longer. We also apply a protective, repellent treatment that helps carpets resist future dirt and spills, extending the life and appearance of the fibers.

  • Pricing may vary based on room size. A standard bedroom (approximately 9×10 to 11×12) is priced at $70.

  • Our carpet protection service is included with every carpet cleaning. We apply a protective treatment that creates a light barrier on the carpet fibers, helping repel dirt, spills, and everyday wear.

    This treatment helps carpets stay cleaner for longer, makes routine maintenance easier, and reduces the chance of stains setting in—especially in high-traffic areas.

  • Our carpet deodorizer treatment is included with every carpet cleaning. We apply an enzyme-based deodorizer that helps break down odor-causing bacteria at the source, rather than simply masking smells.

    This treatment leaves carpets smelling fresh and helps maintain a clean, comfortable environment—especially helpful for homes with pets, kids, or high-traffic areas.

Our post-construction cleaning service is designed to take a space from “just finished” to truly move-in ready. After construction or renovation, dust and debris settle everywhere—even in places you wouldn’t expect.

We focus on removing fine construction dust, residue, and leftover debris from all surfaces, paying close attention to floors, baseboards, fixtures, cabinets, and hard-to-reach areas. The goal is to leave the space clean, polished, and ready to be lived in or listed.

You’ll receive three tailored service options to choose from.

Step 2: Scheduling & Access Coordination

Every project continues with smooth scheduling and simple access planning.

Once you select your package, we coordinate your cleaning date based on your timeline and real estate schedule, ensuring a seamless experience.

We organize easy and secure property access through:

  • Lockboxes

  • Concierge or building access

  • Keys or garage entry

No deposit is required — payment is due only after the job is complete.

Step 3: Professional Deep Cleaning & Quality Control

Every appointment begins with a detailed walkthrough and preparation.

Our team starts with a full property walkthrough and before photos, then follows our structured top-to-bottom, dry-to-wet cleaning method, ensuring every area is fully reset.
